On behalf of ARE, Cruzan managed and ensured the successful delivery of Vuori’s corporate headquarters in Carlsbad.
Phonexa
Glendale - Los Angeles, CA
As operating partner, Cruzan managed the design and construction of a 18,000 SF spec suite on the 14th Floor at Gild. An existing tenant in the building, Phonexa ultimately expanded into the recently completed suite.
