Ann is a partner at Cruzan and oversees the firm’s finance and operations activities. In her finance role, she handles the primary day-to-day responsibility of implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Ann also oversees the operations of the firm, ensuring quality and efficiency. Prior to joining Cruzan over 18 years ago, Ann spent 3 years as a financial analyst for Red Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Red Capital Group. Ann graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. She was the recipient of the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship Award for Excellence within the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and was also a 4-year member, and team captain, of USD’s NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball team.
