Eddy is responsible for construction activities for Cruzan’s San Diego and Los Angeles assets. His role primarily involves the management of strategic reposition, redevelopment, and interior improvement construction projects, including project planning, programming, design, entitlement/permit process, and budgeting. Most recently, Eddy worked at Pankow Builders in Los Angeles as a project engineer on ground-up and adaptive reuse multi-family high-rise projects. Prior to that, Eddy oversaw tenant improvement and facility management projects as a facility project coordinator for the University of California, San Diego. He graduated from UCSD with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
