Patch works with the acquisition team identifying and underwriting new opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California. In addition, Patch provides project and asset management services for Cruzan’s Slabtown and BCBP projects. Prior to Cruzan, Patch worked for CBRE overseeing retail research for San Diego County. While at CBRE, Patch was named Team Player of the Year in 2013. Patch graduated from the University of Colorado where he received a Bachelor of Science in History.
