Pete is a partner with Cruzan and oversees the firm’s construction and development activities. His scope of responsibilities includes management of the project program, design, budget, schedule, entitlement, and construction. Pete has over 30 years of experience in the construction and commercial real estate industry as an owner, developer, project manager, and general construction laborer. His project experience includes the development and repositioning of over 6.1 million square feet of office, life science, and semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Prior to Cruzan, Pete served as Senior Project Manager with CarrAmerica where he managed ground-up development and tenant improvement construction projects throughout San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, and Salt Lake City. Prior to CarrAmerica, Pete was a project manager for Baugh Construction in Seattle, WA and focused on ground-up office construction. Pete graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
