Randa provides senior property management and asset management services at Cruzan. In this role, she manages multi-tenant office projects on behalf of institutional and private investors. Her role involves overseeing tenant and vendor relations, processing lease administration for renewals, and providing support to the asset management and construction management teams. Before joining Cruzan, Randa worked for Janez Properties as a senior property accountant. During her 6-year tenure at Janez, Randa was responsible for accounts receivable/payable, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, loan draws, and variance reporting, in addition to tenant lease administration. Randa also worked for 2J Group for 2 years as an accountant and HR liaison with the out-of-state parent company. Randa attended American University of Beirut prior to transferring to San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
