Susan provides senior accounting services for Cruzan across multiple properties and works closely with Cruzan’s property managers. Prior to joining Cruzan, she worked for American Assets Trust and Westcore Properties. She brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate accounting within the office, retail, and medical sectors. Susan graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce in Accounting.
